You don't have to force yourself into doing a complex illustration or something of the kind. Try drawing something that's easy and relaxing for you, let your hand go at the paper. Art can't be just a task, work, it has to have a cathartic fuction for you, try retaking that feeling. Once you get accostumed to drawing again, you'll be able to pick on more elaborated works.
